So – it’s April. in Maine, spring has sprung, and that means 3 months ish till summer. Fortunately, 3 months is JUST enough time to start burning off all of your winter indiscretions. I’m back on the no drinking during the week bandwagon, and I’ve finally bit the bullet and joined a CrossFit gym, because I cannot be trusted. OK – I’ve been eating this all week and it’s DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! I found it on ¬†this site – the realfoodrds.com¬†– and with the few ingredients and the prep time I was totally sold. Gooooddddd morning/afternoon/night – whatever time you’re reading this ūüôā It’s been a rough couple of weeks, with a lot of negative vibes roaming around, it’s easy to feel depressed or hopeless. Powdered Peanut Butter I have been trying to find some new, fun, high protein, low carb and calorie, natural, food choices to add into my daily routine. I am attempting to stick with my macros based diet,¬† even though I’ve been struggling to get back into the gym. (After March 1 though, gym is a priority.)
