Tea Wisdom and Life Planning
Today was AWESOME and super inspiring. I’ve been re-evaluating my life and goals lately, and today’s walk in the woods got me back down to basics and was a great start to refocus and come up with a plan. For more on today’s adventure head on over to LoveMaineAdventures.com
My biggest struggle has been that I have been so stressed out, all I have wanted to do was come home, sit on my cozy chair and snuggle my cats, drink wine, and edit photos. Now, however my wedding season is coming to a close, and I’ve decided to only shoot with Closer North next year, (www.closernorth.com/danielle)which will give me more time to focus on adventuring and writing! My goals include to get back into the shape I was last year at this time, but in order to do that I need to make it a priority and make some changes in my lifestyle.
I’m here to put my intentions in writing, so that I can come back and re read this when feel the need to go off course.
Here’s my model for the day:
5:30 am – wake up, make coffee, feed cats
5:45 – personal development reading with coffee and cats
6:30 – yoga sequence
7:00 – shower
7:30 – breakfast, coffee 2, get dressed, etc.
8:00 – leave for work
8:15 – 8:20 – arrive at work and get ready for day.
8:30 start of work day
10:15- 10:30 snack
work, work, work, work, work
1:00 pm lunch with green tea
5:00 leave work
5:15 Gym! Gold’s or Thrive depending on day/class/etc. but 30 minutes every day! StairMaster is a priority. Begin weight training again.
6:15 – 7:00 home, make dinner, eat.
7:00 – 8:30 emails, photos, write, etc. etc. etc.
8:30 get ready to head into bed wash face, brush teeth, stretch a bit, then into bed to read more, or Instagram, write more, etc. relax time. make hot detox tea.
9:00 – phone away, take a melatonin, plug in the lavender oils, and read until I drift into dreamland.
9:30 – 5:30 am – 8 hours of blissful wondrous sleep.
